This 240 m² luxury apartment was designed in the spirit of calm minimalism, grounded in natural wood and stone finishes and carefully selected high-end furnishings. A warm palette of floors and walls brings softness and a welcoming character to the interior, emphasizing its spaciousness and perfect proportions. The result is a harmonious, light-filled space where the quality of materials and details creates timeless comfort.
The apartment design was inspired by Japanese minimalism, combining simplicity of form with a harmonious and functional organization of space. The representative interior was created using the highest-quality materials, bringing together elegance, comfort, and a timeless aesthetic.

The living room was designed as the central, representative space of the apartment, reflecting a spirit of calm minimalism and timeless elegance. Noble materials, warm wood, and carefully selected furniture from Minotti, Rimadesio, and Poliform create a balanced composition, complemented by atmospheric lighting from Baxter and Delta Light. Subtle luxury is expressed here through the quality of materials, the play of light, and thoughtfully designed details.
The kitchen was designed with maximum functionality in mind, while maintaining the cohesive, minimalist aesthetic of the entire interior. Natural wood on the cabinet fronts warms the space, and a centrally positioned island or large table provides a comfortable, everyday spot for shared meals and casual gatherings.
The bedroom was designed as a calm, serene space inspired by timeless minimalism and the Japanese school of aesthetics, where form is guided by comfort and balance. Natural materials, a subdued color palette, and functional, discreet solutions create an environment that supports rest, regeneration, and everyday calm.
A bathroom designed in a raw, timeless aesthetic, rooted in the simplicity of form and the nobility of materials, featuring Antonio Lupi ceramics.
